Dr. Susan Campbell
Dr. Susan Campbell is a clinical psychologist and coach whose work has aligned around the theme of resilience for over 30 years. She is also deeply engaged in helping people identify the conditions that organically yield the lives they want to live, so less resilience is actually necessary.
Trained by Brené Brown and a certified facilitator of the curricula associated with her work, Susan’s workshops and retreats are grounded in research around vulnerability, connection, values, empathy, self-compassion, and resilience. She is gifted in creating spaces in which people feel seen, brave, and safe - where the noise of life’s demands and others’ expectations and judgment slip away.In that space, there is the possibility to reconnect with, nourish, and be directed by one’s own heart and voice.
Chef Stephanie Fieger Klein
Stephanie Fieger Klein is a personal chef, food coach and enthusiastic eater. Originally from the Garden State, she spent two decades as a New Yorker -- the first half as a professional actor, the latter as a private chef for several families in Manhattan and Brooklyn. She has coached many clients through dietary transitions, trained alongside chefs in LA and Austin, taught cooking classes in NYC public schools, and learned from hospitality's finest at NYC's Union Square Cafe.
Stephanie holds an MFA from NYU, a holistic counselor certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and is accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Believing food to be an ever-evolving, highly-personalized practice, Stephanie is dedicated to helping others access the universal joy that cooking and eating can bring.
